Getting help

• Check the Help Center first. Many answers are there.
• Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• Include your device and browser (for example, iPhone with Safari).
• You can also send a bug report from inside Kipton: Settings → Help → Send feedback.

Privacy requests

To ask what information we have about you, get a copy of it, correct it, or delete it, email support@kipton.ai from the email address on your account. See Your choices and rights in our Privacy Policy.

Security issues

If you think you've found a security problem in Kipton, email support@kipton.ai with "Security" in the subject line. Please don't access other people's data or disrupt the service while looking into it.

Keep your secrets out of email

Please never email us passwords, Lockbox recovery keys, sign-in codes, or full card or account numbers. We'll never ask for them.
